Eva Davis is excited by meeting new people and building long-term relationships. The fun of making friends started at a young age while playing basketball in her hometown of Houston, TX and as a camper and counselor at Camp Judaea Summer Camp in Asheville, NC.  Eva started collecting her best friends early and some of them are still around her today!

Ever since leaving Texas to study abroad for a year in Israel and then heading to Washington, D.C. to attend George Washington University as a psychology major, Eva has continued building her social network. Eva fell in love with DC, and after college pursued a unique position in the mortgage industry at Fannie Mae working with technology and then credit risk, during which time she earned a Master of Science in Management of Information and Telecommunication Systems from The Johns Hopkins University. Eva brings significant business experience to her Real Estate career from her time in the mortgage industry, positioning her for great success in the greater Washington, D.C. market.  In her first year as an Agent, Eva was awarded the prestigious Rookie of the Year Award - an impressive feat which few achieve. Her high touch service, tough negotiating skills, and sense of humor have helped her build a deep referral business. In addition to her professional career, Eva focuses on volunteer work for mission-driven organizations she cares about, holding leadership positions, developing advocacy and fundraising skills and influencing her peers.  Eva serves on a myriad of non-profit boards and has served in leadership roles with the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center, the Anti-Defamation League, and the American Jewish World Service.

Beyond her full life in DC, Eva loves traveling the world, exploring different cultures and of course, staying in touch with the people she's met.  An amazing year in Israel led to a desire for travel to Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa.  Eva currently lives in downtown Bethesda with her University of Michigan-loving husband (Go Blue!), with whom she enjoys exploring the food scene in DC area and taking advantage of local concerts, theatre and exhibits.

Casey Aboulafia’s clients appreciate her eye for detail, her friendly, collaborative approach, and her focus on the quantitative data that helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions. She has advocated for her clients in hundreds of real estate transactions since she became an agent in 2004, and she’s been immersed in the industry her whole life—practically from birth. Casey’s family has been involved in real estate investment since the early 1900s—she recalls reading the real estate section of the Washington Post when she was just 10, and she became an investor herself in her early 20s, owning several rental properties in the area. As a full-time real estate agent, her extensive knowledge and shrewd, professional, energetic approach have placed her in the top echelon of all agents in her area. With endless apps and overwhelming amounts of information online, she helps distill the needed information and streamline the process. One of the most frequent comments her clients make at closing is, "This was so seamless - I kept waiting for something to get in the way given all the stories I hear, but everything went so smoothly!" With so many years in the business behind her, the process she's built makes moving feel simple.

Casey was born in Northern California, grew up in parts of the Metro DC area, and has lived in D.C. proper since 1999. Before working in real estate, she followed her passion for international health and development, earning an MPH in Epidemiology from George Washington University and working in international public health for years. She is a member of her community, devoting time to public health and neighborhood organizations. In her free time, she loves to investigate new restaurants, travel with her family, and scuba dive. After years in Foggy Bottom and DuPont Circle, Casey now lives with her husband, Richard, and two children, in Cleveland Park, DC.

From the beginning , Molly Peter was in sales, selling her lunch, her sweaters, babysitting, weeding, dog walking, housesitting, basically, she sold anything which was not nailed down. At the age of 11 with her first “professional” P&rtner, she took in over $1,000 in the summer of her 12th year. She was reluctant to go to summer camp because she knew her market area would be diminished greatly in the Poconos.

Molly grew up in Norwalk, Connecticut and went to the performing arts high school Interlochen Arts Academy in Traverse City, MI where she was awarded the distinguished honor of winning the Young Artist Award of 1969. She earned her B.A. at Sarah Lawrence College where she was a Rockefeller Fellow in Women’s History.

Molly’s move to Washington, DC to work was generated by her passion for women’s equity concerns and she worked for several non profits dealing with pay equity for women and then to the Environmental Protection Agency.  She then was invited to develop the first political column in a national women’s magazine and became the first Washington editor of Glamour Magazine. That year she was highlighted as one of GLAMOUR’s 10 Women to Watch. Later, Molly went on to produce the Washington-based Charlie Rose television program. Molly developed her business acumen by owning 5 DAVID’S COOKIE stores in the DC area before beginning her Real Estate career in 1987. Molly is married to Jeffrey Jay, a psychotherapist, with whom she has four children and they live in Bethesda. She is actively involved with the giving group Many Hands, hiking, rug hooking, storytelling and any effort that involves being part of the Arts & Crafts community.

Born and raised in Arlington, Virginia, Daisy is a true DC area local. Her status as a native means she can help you navigate the unique housing market in DC and the surrounding suburbs with unparalleled insight and experience.

Daisy earned her bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Photography from the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design in Washington, DC, and began her career as a fine art photographic printer.
