We will discuss your needs, our process together, and the next steps. 

2. Mortgage Approval
We'll recommend local lenders that our clients have successfully used. You'll discuss your budget, financials, and determine your true home price range. 

3. Home Search Begins
The step is a combination of you going to open houses and learning the market and us touring together so we can understand your likes and dislikes. 

4. Make An Offer
When you are ready, we will help you structure the best offer possible, negotiate all terms, counter offers, and help formalize and sign your contract. 

5. Home Inspection & Appraisal
We will recommend licensed home inspectors, coordinate appraisal, and negotiate terms depending on what deficiencies come up. 

6. Title and Settlement
Rochelle, our Director of Operations, will coordinate the title work and settlement details and assist you through closing. 

7. Closing
We will be with you through the settlement and there to celebrate!
